TERMS AND CONDITIONS DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

A deposit of $200 AUD per person is required. Your booking will be considered active upon receipt of this deposit Please note: Deposits cannot be refunded. Please read the conditions carefully before completing the booking form. Final payment of the balance is required 60 days before departure date. Payment by credit card will incur a 2% surcharge.

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellations please notify us in writing. Once full payment has been received, if cancelling 45 to 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of the full amount will be refunded. Cancellations from 14 days prior till date of arrival will receive no refund.

REFUNDS

No refund is available after the tour has commenced, in respect of any services not utilised.

TIPPING

Tipping is customary in the Middle East for meal bills, tour guides, drivers, hotel porters etc.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel Insurance is required before departure. United Holidays Pty Ltd is an authorised representative of Aussietravelcover (underwritten by Allianz Australia Insurance) and will be happy to arrange your insurance for you.

RESPONSIBILITY

United Holidays and/or its associated Companies or Agents, give notice that we act as Booking Agents only for the persons or companies providing or offering the means of travel, conveyance, transport, accommodation or other service and all receipts, tickets, vouchers, coupons or exchange orders are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which transport and other services are provided. United Holidays shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity that may be caused to person or property. It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that he/she is in possession of the proper travel documents and that they are in compliance with the current government and transportation companies regulations.
