Day 01: Arrive Delhi

Traditional welcome and meeting assistance by our executive on your arrival at Delhi’s International airport followed by transfer to hotel.

Day 02: Delhi

 
09.00 Hrs : Today after breakfast we set out to explore and experience the capital of Muslim India between the 12th and 20th centuries, the Old Delhi. A Persian couplet inscribed on a wall in the magnificent Red Fort says, “If on earth be an eden of bliss, it is this, it is this, none but this." No doubt the emperor whose home it became found it pretty blissful, with its many plush private apartments and trappings of Mughal grandeur, wealth and power. Constructed in 1639 AD, this UNESCO World Heritage Site will amaze you with what you find inside it today. And speaking of grandeur, the nearby Jama Masjid Mosque, the largest in India, has a courtyard that can hold 25,000 worshippers. A poignant visit to Rajghat, the site of Mahatma Gandhi’s cremation and a memorial to this humble man who so changed the world.

13.00-14.00 Hrs : Lunch Break

14.00 Hrs : We further continue our tour of New Delhi beginning with Vijay Chowk, “Victory Square”, the Presidential Palace with its intriguing combination of classical and Indian design elements and the India Gate memorializing Indian soldiers who died in World War I. Then travel far back in time at Humayun’s Tomb, a UNESCO World Heritage Site dating from 1570 AD and the first garden-tomb on the Indian sub-continent. We also visit the Qutab Minar, the tallest brick minaret in the world. Evening around 1830 hrs. you will be dropped off at the hotel.

Day 03: Delhi – Agra [By Surface: 210 kms / 4-5 hrs.]


09.30 Hrs : After breakfast start your drive to Agra en-route visiting Sikandra - built in the Indo-Saracenic style, Akbar's tomb at Sikandra is a peaceful setting for a ruler who led an eventful life. Akbar came to the throne aged 13, following the death of his father Humayun. The serene resting place of the great Mughal ruler Akbar, at Sikandra, is a site that invites you to step back into history and contemplate the life and times of Akbar the Great. You reach Agra by afternoon and check in at the hotel

1400 hrs : Proceed for excursion Itmad-ud-Daulah, designed by one of the most powerful women in Indian history Overnight at hotel in Agra (B).

Day 04: Agra

09.00 Hrs. After breakfast visit to the Taj Mahal one of the world’s most admired architectural masterpieces. This majestic marble-domed mausoleum was built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife to symbolize his unending love.

 
After that visit the massive Agra Fort, with splendid remains of sandstone and marble palaces.

12.30-13.30 Hrs : Lunch Break and after that visit the local markets. Agra is famous for Marble works, you will be taken to a marble carving factory for demonstration. Later free for independent activities.

Day 05: Agra – Ranthambore [By Surface: 290 kms / 5-6 hrs]

08.00 Hrs : Today after breakfast check out and start your drive to Ranthambore National Park for a wildlife experience. On reaching Ranthambore check in at the hotel. Lunch at hotel. Ranthambore National park is one of the famous Tiger reserves of India and apart from tigers there are several wild animals like spotted deer, barking deer , various birds etc. Lunch at the hotel and rest of the day relax at the hotel after a long drive. Dinner at hotel.

Day 06: Ranthambore

06.00 Hrs : Early morning pick-up from the hotel for a jungle Safari to the National Park for wildlife viewing. Return back to hotel by 10.30 Hrs. for breakfast.

11.30-14.30 hrs : Free to relax at hotel after exhausting morning jungle safari, buffet lunch provided before your next excursion.

15.00 Hrs : Afternoon proceed again for jungle Safari to National Park. Evening free to relax. Dinner at hotel. Overnight at hotel in Ranthambore (B+L+D).

Day 07: Ranthambore – Jaipur [By Surface: 150 kms / 3-4 hrs]

08.30 Hrs : After breakfast check out and proceed with your drive to Jaipur known as the “Pink City” for the striking pink stucco walls of Old Jaipur. On reaching Jaipur you check in at the hotel. Rest of the day free for independent activities.

12.30-13.30 hrs : Lunch break

14.00 Hrs : Afternoon visit the splendid City Palace which opens a door into the opulent world of the Rajput princes and the treasures with which they surrounded themselves. The City Palace complex is home to several palatial buildings constructed by influential rulers that reflect the blending of Rajasthani and Mughal architectural styles. Maharaja Jai Singh II built Jantar Mantar, the world’s biggest stone observatory, between 1727 and 1733 AD. You’ll be amazed by the “tools” he used to study the heavens – and that still provide accurate information today – during a tour. Futher visit the Palace of Winds also known as Hawa Mahal, a five storeyed wonder with a spectacular pyramidal facade and overhanging windows with latticed screens, domes and spires. Later you will be dropped off at the hotel.

Day 08: Jaipur

09.00 Hrs : Proceed with your city tour with an excursion to the splendid Amber Fort, an architectural masterpiece of great historical significance. Begun in the 16th century and built of red sandstone and marble, the seemingly rough exterior gives no hint of the warm and opulent ambiance of the interior, as you’ll discover this morning. In particular, the intricate and delicate use of mirrors in the Hall of Mirrors in the sumptuous Amber Palace never ceases to astound visitors. It is said that the light of a single candle can illuminate the entire room. Here you also get an opportunity to climb up to the fort on decorated elephant back.

12.30-13.30 Hrs : Lunch break.

Afternoon free for shopping or your independent activities. Jaipur is very popular for printed textiles, handicrafts and hand woven carpets. Overnight at hotel in Jaipur (B).

Day 09: Jaipur – Udaipur [By Flight: IT 4301 at 0930/1030 hrs]

07.00 Hrs : Morning transfer to airport to connect flight to Udaipur also called as the “City of Lakes” and sometimes the “Venice of the East.”. On arrival in Udaipur you will be assisted for transfer to hotel and check in.

12.30-13.30 hrs : Lunch break

14.00 Hrs : Afternoon your discoveries in Udaipur begin with Saheliyon Ki Bari, the “Garden of Maids,” on the banks of Fateh Sagar Lake. Once a favorite spot for a little rest and relaxation among royal ladies, today these lovely gardens are dotted with intriguing fountains, elaborately carved pavilions and marble elephants that add to their charm. Then visit to The City Palace Complex, overlooking Lake Pichola, reveals the splendor with which maharajas and their families surrounded themselves. The City Palace Museum exhibits a remarkable collection of ancient curios, antiques, and sculptures, as well as priceless possessions of ages gone by. Miniature paintings on display depict many aspects of the royal lifestyle enjoyed by privileged few who lived here. Up next is a visit to the magnificent Jagdish Mandir, the largest temple in Udaipur, adorned with bas-reliefs of elephants, alligators, horsemen and musicians, and enshrining a black stone image of the supreme Hindu god Vishnu. Followed by a boatride on picturesque Lake Pichola reveals some of the spectacular palaces of the Rajput princes, for which Udaipur is famous, on islands and along the shore.

Day 10: Udaipur – Ranakpur – Udaipur [By Surface: 95 kms / 02 hrs oneway]

08.00 Hrs : This morning an excursion to Ranakpur to see the splendid complex of Jain temples. The main temple alone has 29 halls and 1444 pillars, each richly carved in a unique design. Next, visit the ancient Sun Temple, an example of classic Nagara style featuring intricate sculptural work.

13.00-14.00 Hrs : Enjoy a lunch at a lovely retreat, still favored by the Jodhpur royal family (Maharani Bagh).

14.00 Hrs : Afternoon drive back to Udaipur. Evening free for independent activities.

Day 11: Udaipur – Mumbai [By Flight: IT 3158 at 1425/1535 hrs]

Morning breakfast at the hotel and enjoy various facilities available at hotel till check out. 11.30 Hrs, you will be picked from hotel and transfer to airport to connect flight to Mumbai. On arrival at Mumbai airport our executive will meet and assist you for transfer to hotel. Rest of the day free for own activities.

Day 12: Mumbai

08.30 Hrs : After breakfast start you city tour visiting the Prince of Wales Museum to enjoy its excellent collection of ancient Indus Valley artifacts dating back to 2000 BC, in addition to priceless Tibetan and Nepali Art followed by Mani Bhawan, the former residence of Mahatma Gandhi that includes a reference library with over 2,000 books, a photo exhibition of Gandhi's life and an old charkha or spinning wheel that Gandhi used. Then drive past the colossal Dhobi Ghat to view Mumbai's outdoor hand laundry and enjoy a drive on the Marine Drive.

13.00-14.00 Hrs : Lunch break.

14.00 Hrs : Afternoon we drive to the suburbs of Mumbai visiting the Mount Mary’s Church, ISCKON Temple and the Juhu beach. By 1800 hrs you will be dropped back to the hotel.

Day 13: Mumbai [Depart]

08.45 Hrs : This morning visit the Gateway of India, and from there cruise to Elephanta Island, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Marvel at the rock-cut cave temples with sculptured interiors dating back to the 6th century. A highlight is the Mahesamurti, a triple-headed Shiva statue. By 1330 hrs. drop off at the hotel. Free till evening before being transfer to the International airport to connect your return flight back home with sweet memories of your tour to our magnificent country with a feeling to visit again and explore the unexplored.

Day 14 : Mumbai (flight at midnight)

Morning as per the program in Main tour (Gateway of India).
Late afternoon transfer to airport to connect flight for Delhi. On arrival pickup from the airport and transfer to hotel for overnight stay. Overnight at hotel in Delhi.

Day 14 : Delhi – Kathmandu [By Flight: IC 813 at 1340/1525 hrs]

10.30 Hrs : After Breakfast transfer to airport to connect flight to Kathmandu. On arrival pickup from the Kathmandu airport and transfer to hotel (Visa for Kathmandu will be taken on arrival at airport, client must keep 02 passport size photo ready and pay Visa fee of around USD 20 per person).
Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 15: Kathmandu

09.30 hrs: After breakfast proceed for the sightseeing with a drive to the UNESCO World Heritage Durbar Square, showcasing some of the finest architecture in Central Asia with more than 50 palaces, pagodas, and temples. The square is home to two important temples, the Kastha Mandap (House of Wood), considered one of the oldest wooden structures in the world, and the 16th-century Taleju Temple, which honors a form of the Goddess Durga. Visit the temple of Machhendranath and the great stupa of Swayambhunath, with the eyes of Buddha painted on all four sides. See the Royal Palace complex with its gilded doorway and the shrine of Teleju. Enjoy the afternoon exploring the city on your own.

Day 16: Kathmandu

09.30 Hrs : Today venture into rural Nepal this morning and enjoy visits to Pashupatinath, Bodhnath, Bhadgaon and Nagarkot. Located on the banks of the Baghamai River, the Pashupatinath Temple is believed to mark the site where Shiva worshipped in the form of Lingam (only Hindus are permitted entrance). Continue to visit Bodhnath, an important Buddhist pilgrimage center and home to one of the world's largest Buddhist stupas. Also visit Bhadgaon, a Newar city founded in the 9th century. Here you will see the royal residential quarter of King Bhupendra Malla and the Nytapole Temple. The tour concludes with a stop at Nagarkot, where you will see a spectacular view of the Himalayan Mountains and Mt. Everest when the weather is clear. Evening free for independent activities.

Day 17: Kathmandu – Delhi [By Flight: IC 814 at 1615/1730 hrs] Delhi [Depar]


Breakfast at hotel and morning at leisure. Afternoon transfer to International airport to connect flight for Delhi. Day 14: Cochin – Alleppey [By Surface: 80 kms / 02 hrs]

08.30 Hrs : Morning after breakfast start your drive to Alleppey where you board your Houseboat. The boat cruise through the backwaters of Kerala where you came across the small villages on the banks of the canals and see the village life. Lunch and dinner will served on board the houseboat.

Day 15: Alleppey - Kumarakom

09.30 Hrs : Morning after breakfast you disembark the boat at Kumarakom and check in at the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure in resort. Kumarakom is very peaceful and surrounded with backwaters and coconut trees. Here you can have Ayurvedic massages or rejunuvation therapies. Overnight at hotel in Kumarakom

Day 16: Kumarakom

Day 17: Kumarakom – Cochin [By Surface: 80 kms / 02 hrs] Cochin – Mumbai [By Flight: 9W 404 at 1605/1745 hrs]

09.00 hrs : After breakfast at hotel drive back to Cochin and proceed for a guided city tour of Cochin, now called 'Kochi' it is the commercial hub of Kerala and a town of great historical importance. It has one of the finest natural harbors and is called the "Queen of the Arabian Sea". You visit The Dutch Palace at Mattancherry is renowned for its wall murals depicting scenes from the Ramayana. The Jewish Synagogue at the heart of what is locally called the Jew Town. The St. Francis Church, the oldest European church in India. The Santa Cruz Basilica originally built in 1557 by the Portuguese. The Chinese fishing nets are huge cantilevered fishing nets believed to have brought to Kochi by Chinese traders.

Later in time you will be dropped at the airport to connect flight to Mumbai. At Mumbai airport you will be assisted for transfer to domestic to international airport to connect for your return flight back home with sweet memories of your tour to our magnificent country with a feeling to visit again and explore the unexplored.

REFUNDS

No refund is available after the tour has commenced, in respect of any services not utilised.

TIPPING

Tipping is customary in the Middle East for meal bills, tour guides, drivers, hotel porters etc.
